Tender description

The purpose built building comprises of Ground, First & Second floors and is a Council Temporary Accommodation block. There are 52 flats within the block, comprising of Bedsit and some 2 rooms (Family Units) accommodation with Communal WCs / Bathrooms / Shower rooms. There are a large number of radiators within the premises (55) which are Life Expired & non-operational. As part of the contract works, these will be replaced. Also new isolation & commissioning valves will be installed on the main distribution pipework, which is located within the false ceiling void to the Ground Floor. This will facilitate future maintenance & balancing of the L.T.H.W. Heating installation.
