Newham Tenants and Leaseholders' Surveys

Tender description

The London Borough of Newham (LBN) would like to commission a research provider to undertake its 2015 Tenants and Leaseholders’ Surveys. The purpose of the surveys is to assess attitudes towards Newham and its managing agents as landlords, as well as to measure overall satisfaction with the services provided. Results of the surveys are used for performance monitoring and comparison between providers, as well as to identify overall areas of strength and areas for improvement in the delivery of Newham’s housing services. Newham is proposing to deliver the surveys face to face, which means the results of the 2015 surveys will provide a new baseline for measuring trends in future years. We want to commission an agency with the necessary resources and expertise to undertake, analyse and report on Newham’s Tenants and Leaseholders’ Satisfaction Surveys, with delivery of fieldwork between November and December 2015. This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system “capitalESourcing” (url: www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate, and registration is free.
