Wirral IT Services have to ensure that we offer a secure and resilient service to all our sites, staff and the people of Wirral. This service has to maintained and achieved with tightening budgets. Wirral stores archive data on an EMC Centera Gen 4LP 1TB disk system replicated to a second EMC Centera at another location. In order to ensure contitued performance of these storage systems we require an EMC Premier support & maintenance agreement covering the hardware and software.
