Tender description

Hardwick Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) on behalf of the NHS England North Midlands is looking to procure GP Services for Creswell and Langwith villages located in the Bolsover District of North Derbyshire. The contracting options are still under consideration but the length of the contract is likely to be a minimum of 10 years. The current patient population across both villages is 5032 as at 1st July 2015. If you are interested in providing these services then please send an expression of interest to emily.armstrong@ardengemcsu.nhs.uk by Friday 11th September 2015. Please include in your expression of interest a summary (maximum 500 words) of the service you can offer and confirm if you are able to attend a bidder engagement event on Wednesday 16th September 2015.
