Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment for the Development of Photoresist Processes

Tender description

To submit a tender for the supply, installation and commissioning of equipment for use within a cleanroom environment for the development of Photoresist processes, including packing, shipping, delivery and training of users. The supply of consumables / spare and replacement parts is also to be included in the scope of this contract. The supply of the equipment is divided into 3 lots as detailed below: Lot 1: Photoresist Developer Lot 2: Photoresist Bake Station Lot 3: Resist Spin Coater Bidders may apply for any or all lots within the tender and a single bidder will be appointed for the supply of each lot.
