Hampden Crescent Refurbishment Procurement

Tender description

*Please note* this is for the consultancy work only and not the refurbishment works as Kettering Borough Council will project manage any refurbishment works. A feasibility study has been carried out on two large, identical blocks of flats which require refurbishment works converting existing three bed flats into one/two bed flats. We are now requiring consultants to carry out a full procurement process for tendering for these refurbishment works. This will include; liaising with local planning and building control producing full plans/drawings to submit to planning, structural, mechanical and service engineers reports, all associated fees will be included. The estimated cost of the complete project is around £1,000,000 per block and is expected to take 2 – 3 years to complete.
