Tender description

A single contract for electrical re-wires and remedial works for Stroud District Council's residential properties. The works will comprise of re-wires, electrical testing, PAT testing, estate lighting, planned maintenance of lightning protection and electrical heating replacements. It may also include the provision of a responsive repair service. The contract will be for an initial 48 month period with the ability to extend to 120 months in two upto 36 month extensions.
