Perimeter Intruder Dectection System, Colindale

Tender description

Public Health England has a requirement for the design, supply and installation of a Perimeter Intruder Dectection System to the existing perimeter security fence at their premises in Colindale. The system should be designed, manufactured & installed to ensure the maximum capture rate of 100% of all intrusion attempts (through or over the fence) and provide maximum false alarm resistance to a maximum permitted rate of 1 false activation per 24 hour period across the whole system. The system must be capable of full integration with a PSIM platform (yet to be selected) so open protocols and detailed SDKs are essential. The supplier will be expected to fully cooperate with the PSIM platform supplier to ensure a fully integrated system as part of this tender exercise.
