Tender description
HMRC are conducting a further wave of the telephone survey (Wave 6) to build on our understanding of tax credits customers’ levels of understanding, experiences, and behaviours over time. Since its initiation, the purpose of this study is to collect information for long-term assessment of the customer experience of tax credit. The key aims of the study are: ?? monitor the intended outcomes of tax credits; ?? monitor customer understanding of the system; ?? help HMRC deliver services that meet customer needs; ?? monitor the performance of the tax credits systems; and ?? test new approaches to delivering services.
