Tender description

The Council is seeking to contract out its statutory duty under section 202 of the Housing Act 1996 to an independent reviewer. Over the last four years the Council has had an average of 24 reviews a year. The Council reserves the option to manage some reviews in house, but would be expecting around 20 reviews to be managed by the appointed independent reviewer annually.
