Tender description

Following the introduction of our strategic framework 2015-2021 in April, we are seeking a partner that can work with us as we bring this to life across the organisation. Over the next 8 months we are continuing a programme of change that will help us to truly embrace our vision of ‘People in the Lead’. As part of this work, we will be developing and implementing six enabling strategies across key areas of our practice that together will form an overarching Strategic Plan, setting our direction until 2021. The Fund is seeking a suitably qualified service provider who will work with us over the next 8 months as we move from a Strategic Framework to a Strategic Plan. The focus will be on delivering a coherent plan which draws in elements of our key enabling strategies capturing what we want to achieve by 2021 as well as developing our culture so that we are able to deliver this long term.
