Tender description

The department has awarded a call-off Contract for PSN Services under the PSN Services Framework Agreement (ref RM1498 Lot 10) to Level 3 Communications Limited to supply the following services . PSN Service Availability HIPT Services and HIPT Management Bandwith Allocation Handsets and Conference Phones Broadband, Direct Exchange and ISDN2 Circuits Analogue Terminal Adaptors CPSD Contact Centre LAN Provision and LAN Management Data Cabling Central Operator Services Voicemail and Interactive Voice Response Audio Conferencing Fax Machines Mobile Phones 3g/ 4g devices pagers and mobile data Equipment Maintenance and Disposal Site Surveys Network Management PSN- related Capacity Planning & Management Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Monitoring and Reporting IT Accessibility With the certain termination of existing contract for the department’s telephony services on 31 November 2015 the department requires the seamless transfer of Services between suppliers. Therefore, the department awarded the PSN Services Contract totalling £9.6m to Level 3 Communications Limited commencing 1st August 2015.
