PQ0104 Provision of Decorating Services and Adhoc Furnishings and Domestic Electrical/White Goods to the Homeless Team

The Homeless Team in Birmingham City Council’s Housing Division invites organisations to make an application to be considered for the provision decorating services and ad hoc furnishings and domestic electrical/white goods to the Homeless Team.: The period of the framework which is being run as a trial is 12 months. There will be an option to extend for 12 months and this may be taken up subject to satisfactory performance. It is envisaged that up to 3 companies will be awarded access to this framework. The value of the contract is estimated to be in the region of £80k per annum. The estimated start date of the contract is 14th September 2015. The procurement exercise will accept tenders being issued via electronic means. To gain access to 'In-Tend', you will need to register at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc/. Once registered you will be able to access and download the tender documents which must be completed and returned using the In-Tend system by the closing date indicated within the quotation document.
