WSCC - KC: Management Development Programme (off-Framework)

Tender description

West Sussex County Council (“the Council”) requires a Service Provider to deliver 'Managing in a Changing World' a Management Development Programme. If you would like to be considered for delivering this programme, please review all the documentation attached to this project and submit your response by the deadline. As part of evaluation process, providers may be invited to present and discuss their proposal process for delivery and programme review. The Council has issued this project to its Framework of Suppliers in the first instance; but approaching service providers outside of this Framework also. If you are successful in your bid for this programme, you will be asked to agree to the Council's terms and conditions by signing an External Trainers Agreement - please see Appendix 5. Existing Framework Suppliers interested in submitting a bid for this programme, please refer to project Management Development Programme, Reference number WSCC - 001772. Closing date for responses is noon 26th August 2015. If you have any questions relating to this tender please use the messaging system via the Portal. Please note, being successfully awarded this management programme does not automatically entitle you to a place on the Council's Framework of Suppliers. This Framework tender will be re-opened this year and you will need to submit a separate bid for this tender, once advertised, to be appointed onto the Learning & Development training provider Framework of Suppliers. There are no dates for when this tender will be advertised as yet.
