Please note that this contract has been awarded and this publication is for transparency purpose only. We require a user experience specialist to work closely with Cabinet Office on the premises to support our business objectives for the next year, in particular: • Reduce the costs of Individual Electoral Register (IER), through a number of measures that may involve changes to the Register to vote service • Continuously improve the service, starting with users’ feedback and lessons learnt from the general elections • Support new policies and ministerial decisions that are now arising following the formation of the new Government, some of which will require changes to Register to vote This opportunity was awarded under the G cloud framework agreement RM1557.
