Tender description

We require a company to provide us with cost consultancy services for a major construction projects for Adult Social Care within Lambeth Council. We are procuring a lead designer for this projecs as a separate procurement process and this lead designer will also supply all the other necessary disciplines to take this project through from design to completion. As an independent cost consultant for Lambeth Council you will work with the design team to produce cost information for the project and also work with Lambeth to look at the cost implications of different procurement options. The selection process for this appointment will be based on 60% quality and 40% price as detailed in the tender documents available on EU Supply tender number 21200.
