Tender description
To inform the council’s 5 year transformation programme the council is seeking consultancy support to: • To review the council’s existing income streams, including margins being achieved, and investment activities • To review planned income generation and investment activities • To carry out an opportunity assessment, informed by market analysis, to develop recommendations of ways that the council can increase its net income including through investment. • To develop a draft commercial investment and income generation strategy and an implementation plan for consideration by the council informed by the above.
