REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL & QUOTATION PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT RELATING TO THE CONTINUED OPERATION AND POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF FISH PROCESSING AND STORAGE FACILITIES IN RUPERT’s VALLEY The St Helena Government is seeking the services of a professional consultancy to provide advice and guidance on: • Options for the continued operation of the Primary Processing and Storage Facility in Rupert’s Valley; • Management and staffing arrangements required to ensure continued operation; • Options for expanded usage of facilities, in terms of chilled storage and secondary processing, whilst meeting with statutory and regulatory requirements; • Assessing proposals which may be received from external interests in terms of benefit to be derived by island; • Existing agreements in place, including how these may be restructured / re-negotiated with associated bodies to deliver improvements to the sector; • Making a recommendation for a preferred option.
