Tender description

The work comprises carrying out Lift Maintenance and Servicing for Wolverhampton City Council's Public Buildings for a period of two years Term contract, commencing 1st April 2015. The Pricing Schedule provides a list of the number and type of lifts to be serviced under the contract. The tenderer is advised that the number of properties is only approximate and may alter both within the tender period and during the course of the contract period, and that there is no guarantee as to the value or quantity of works. No minimum order quantities or values should be included in your tender submission therefore quoted prices must reflect this stipulation. City Services place all service orders, but some Education and Leisure Services buildings will place orders for breakdown works.
