Development and Delivery of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership's North East Growth Hub User Engagement Strategy

The Council on behalf of the North East LEP is seeking to appoint a company to develop and deliver an integrated user engagement strategy for the North East Growth Hub. The Growth Hub is an innovative digital new service to help businesses located within the North East LEP area to start, sustain and grow. The North East Local Enterprise Partnership has appointed a Contractor ('the Operator') to initiate, operate and develop the North East Growth Hub. The appointed company will work closely with the Growth Hub Operator to develop a user engagement strategy to achieve key business objectives, building strong customer relationships and networks which drive usage of the Growth Hub and its key components and services. A Supplier Briefing Session for interested parties will be held on Friday 24th July 2015 at 9:30am, Committee Room 2, Sunderland City Council, Civic Centre, Burdon Road, Sunderland, SR2 7SN. Bidding companies are advised to attend this session to understand more about the contract and the process and to ask questions of the Council Officers.
