Derwentside Homes are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified demolition contractors to undertake a small/medium scale demolition to one single property at Moorside, Co Durham. Works will briefly comprise of - demolition and removal of all existing structures and materials associated with the Office including the making good of the remaining area post demolition. Contractors must consider that the Neighbourhood Office is based in a residential area and care must be taken not to obstruct the access routes into the surrounding areas and dust and debris must be controlled.
