The requirements for Lot 2 have changed since the RFT was published in 2012. Therefore no contract will be awarded under Lot 2; Lot 3: 9 tenders Name and address of company awarded the contract: MCO Projects Limited of The Warehouse, Anglesea Row Markets Area, 121/122 Capel Street, Dublin and with company registration number 177219 Date of contract award: 18th december 2013 Description of contract: LOT 1: Development of the SEC Programme toolkit LOT 3: The Sustainable Energy Communities (SEC) Network The contract will terminate on 17th December 2014 if not otherwise extended for one more year depending on performance and budget. Value of contract: Estimated total value of the contract is €170,000 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1. Demonstrated understanding of the subject area and requirements (15); 2. Range and depth of previous relevant experience with respect to the subject area (20); 3. Quality of tender proposal and methodology (10); 4. Ability to deliver, including proposed management of assignment; incorporating deliverables, timescales, quality and level of resources and best practice solutions. (15) 5.
