WP3105 - Empowerment. Engagement and Decision Making

Tender description

Walsall Council is looking to appoint one or more suitably experienced provider(s) to deliver borough wide empowerment, engagement and decision making services for individual’s living in Walsall who have a disability. This includes individuals with Learning Disability (LD), Physical Disability and/or Sensory Impairment (PDSI) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The service will be delivered in 3 lots covering a number of client groups. • Lot 1 LD – Facilitate the Learning Disability Partnership Board (LDPB), facilitate an action group (Making Our Choice), and link with other groups and individuals, networking across the borough to map services. Ensure people with a learning disability have a voice. • Lot 2 PDSI – Facilitate the Disability Forum along the lines of a Partnership Board; facilitate an Action Group, link with other groups and individuals, networking across the borough to map services. Ensure people with a disability have a voice. • Lot 3 ASD – Facilitate a new Autism Partnership Board; facilitate an Action Group, link with other groups and individuals, networking across the borough to map services. Ensure people who have an autism spectrum disorder have a voice. The Council is looking to appoint one or more supplier(s) for this Contract.
