Repairs and Maintenance Service Contract

Sutton Housing Partnership is an ALMO seeking one suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver the responsive repairs and maintenance service to 6,000 tenants and 1,500 leaseholders within London Borough of Sutton including day-to-day repairs, void property maintenance, out of hours emergency repairs, electrical testing and remedial works. As part of the bid requirement tenderers will be asked to bid on three different options using (i) an out-sourced model, (ii) a wholly owned subsidiary model, and (iii) commencing delivery by way of a completely outsourced model that will subsequently be converted into a wholly-owned subsidiary model.
