Prior Information Notice – Web Design, Maintenance & Support and Primary & Back-up Hosting

Tender description

The intention of this notice is to inform potential bidders of the following planned procurement: The Yorkshire & Humber Police Procurement Team on behalf of West Yorkshire Police intend to run a procurement exercise to appoint Contractors for the provision of ‘Web Design, Maintenance & Support and Primary & Back-up Hosting’. The contract will be split into two Lots and tenderers will be able to bid for either or both Lots. Lot 1 – Web Design, Maintenance & Support Lot 2 – Primary & Back-up Hosting The publication of this notice will allow for the shortening of the EU Open Tender timescales to a minimum of 15 calendar days. This will be the minimum period between the date of the OJEU Contract Notice (the formal advert/call for competition) and the deadline for tenders to be submitted. The estimated date of publication of the contract notice will be October 2015. Please note that this date is indicative and may change. The tender process will be run electronically, via the EU Supply e-tendering portal https://www.bluelight.gov.uk If you are interested in the future requirement, then it is recommended that you register as a supplier within the portal. This notice is not being used as a call for competition.
