RTÉ, wishes to contract with a supplier of Ka-band IP services to support content delivery from IP Ka-band Satellite News Gathering Vehicles and other terminals with complete coverage while operational on the Island of Ireland, UK, mainland Europe and other non European locations including major future international events e.g. sporting events as detailed in the “Specification”. Lot 1 Ka-band IP service with traffic delivery to RTÉ via Public Internet Lot 2 Ka-band IP service with traffic delivery to RTÉ via Fibre
