Tender description

This contract will be for a complete refurbishment contract of two 3-storey-blocks of flats. The works will include alterations to convert eleven existing 3-bed-flats to twenty 1 & 2 bed-flats with the ground floor flats to include DDA works, over both blocks. Replacement of kitchens and bathrooms. Complete new eco heating systems (ground air/source etc.) rewire, thermal insulation, construct external staircases and ground works. Replace windows, fire doors and to clean the exterior brick façade.
