Tender description
The London Borough of Brent ('the Council') is seeking to procure a suitably experienced contractor to deliver a new, exceptionally high quality, vibrant urban park in South Kilburn. The park features bespoke natural robust sustainable play provision; bespoke site furniture and a diverse landscape design (hard landscaping and soft landscaping) with a range of uses including the creation of footpaths. Woodhouse Urban Park ('WHUP') sits within the South Kilburn Masterplan area and forms part of Phase 1b of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme https://brent.gov.uk/your-community/regeneration/south-kilburn-r egeneration/
