Trend Building Management Systems (BMS) are installed at many of Derby City Council (DCC)'s properties, to provide efficient control of the mechanical building services plant and equipment. DCC recognise and acknowledge the increasing complexity of its properties building services. Moreover, DCC recognise the need to actively maintain and manage the control of these services to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the building in terms of delivering the required comfort conditions to the building occupants. DCC employ a Controls Engineer to take on the day-to-day operation of the BMS control systems and is investing in the training and development of our engineer's specific Trend technology expertise. To support our Control Engineer DCC require further highly advanced BMS technical expertise to support this post and undertake service and maintenance of DCC BMS control systems. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing BMS Service and Maintenance supported by appropriate levels of Technical expertise, necessary instruments, test equipment's, software, ICT and also electrical control and power wiring expertise as is necessary to fully deliver the requirement.
