PROJECT PARTICULARS Name: PP15064 Woodthorne Primary School - 2015 - Flat roof re-covering. Nature: Re-cover existing flat roof areas with new 3 layer built-up felt System and replacement rooflights. Location: Woodthorne Primary School, Woodthorne Road South Tettenhall WV6 8XL. Description: Overlay existing Asphalt finish upon Assembly Hall with new 3 layer built-up felt system including 120mm thick insulation. Overlay existing felt finished flat roof areas above classrooms with new 3 layer built-up felt system including 120mm thick insulation and installing new rooflights. All areas as shown on location plan. Length of contract: 6 weeks. Terms & Conditions:JCT Minor Works Building Contract, 2011 Edition, Issued September 2011. Please note it is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supllier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works.
