Tender description

The project comprises construction of a single storey flat-roof extension to the existing building to accommodate a new dining room, learning space, minibus garage and a kitchen extension, other activities associated with the construction phase include: Internal and external doors and windows. Minor demolition to non - loading bearing walls. Mechanical and electrical services. New kitchen facilities including ventilation, operated roller shutter door. Drainage works. Landscaping and making good. Repairs to the existing playground surfaces. There is the possibility of additional works which may include internal alteration, which may be funded by the school. This could be included in the proposed works programme. The works sequence is proposed on drawing: ADO14 1171-A-TD-004
