New Service Roll Out Doorstepping Campaign

Rochdale Borough Council are looking to appoint a contractor to provide a doorstep engagement campaign to approximately 88,000 properties in September and October 2015. The campaign will focus on promoting a change in bin collection services with an emphasis on: A change in frequency of bin collections The roll out of a food waste collection service across the borough Promote recycling in the right bin to reduce contamination Priorities for the Campaign: Increase awareness of the cost of waste disposal Promote recycling in the right bin to reduce contamination Reduce total waste arisings Increase awareness of the cost of waste disposal Please see the documents which are attached, which include, Service Specification, Price Schedule, Social Value Information, Instructions and Form of Tender.
