Tender description

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead & Wokingham Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest for the provision of grounds maintenance services for the next 10.5 years. The Term of the Contract may be extended for 1 further 5 year periods at the sole option of the Council, provided it is satisfied with the performance of the Contractor. Any extension of the Contract shall be on the terms and conditions agreed in the initial period of Service provision.
