FH223 Communal Doors Entry Systems Maintenance

Tender description

Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and financially sound economic operator(s) to provide a 24hrs seven days a week maintenance service for our Communal Door Entry Systems based in low rise flats for Daventry and District Housing Ltd covering the area of South Northamptonshire and for Futures Hoemscape Ltd covering the area of Amber Valley and region within and near Derbyshire. The period of this contract will be three years including a six month initial period and with unilateral right to extend for a further period not exceeding three further years. The successful bidder will be required to work throughout our district/s within our communal buildings and tenant's homes to a high standard and provide a 24 hour response cover. All works to be carried out to the latest legislation for communal doors entry systems. The contract is offered in Lots, bidders may bid for one or more Lots. Lot 1 Work within the Daventry area of Northamptonshire. Lot 2 Work within the Amber Valley area of Derbyshire.
