RM5922 SO10590 – EXTERNAL PAY & REWARD SPECIALISTS – EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST. Developing the Civil Service Reward Strategy is a Civil Service Workforce reform priority. CS Pay and Reward is one of the Expert Services established under Civil Service HR, providing specialist Reward expertise across government departments to promote CS reform and modernised people practices. CS Pay and Reward has a potential requirement for consultancy support to provide niche/technical reward expertise on cross sector pay and reward strategies. The Department will be utilising Contracts Finder to procure these services.
