Single-Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Support Services for the IT Infrastructure in Horse Racing Ireland

Horse Racing Ireland is a commercial semi-state body, established by the Irish Government under the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act 2001. Horse Racing Ireland’s responsibilities include the administration, development and promotion of horse racing and breeding. Horse Racing Ireland’s subsidiaries include Irish Thoroughbred Marketing (ITM), Tote Ireland Ltd and HRI Racecourse Division. Further information regarding Horse Racing Ireland’s activities is available online at www.goracing.ie The Contracting Authority is employing the open procedure to award this framework agreement. In accordance with the provisions governing the conduct of the open procedure, any interested economic operator may tender for appointment as the successful framework member. This competition comprises of two lots (i.e. it is intended to award two separate framework agreements) as follows: Lot 1: Server Infrastructure Services Lot 2: Network Security Services Candidates may apply for one or more lots. If applying for more than one lot, candidates must submit a separate Tender Submission for both Lots applied for. The attached document provides a detailed specification of the requirements.
