NHS Liverpool CCG - Mi eHealth Phase 2 ERDF Business Support

NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (LCCG) is seeking an organisation with experience in development and support of SMEs, to deliver a 3-Month programme of business assistance to companies in the Liverpool City region, as part of an ERDF-funded investment project to demonstrate the growth potential of the eHealth sector. The maximum value of the contract is £60,000 (excluding VAT). The successful organisation is expected to advise SMEs on how to grow their business into the health and wellbeing sector, and overcome some of the obstacles that SMEs face. The provider will also need to work with LCCG to continue developing the regional eHealth ‘cluster’, by forging relationships between local SMEs, City-region academic institutions, plus care, health and community organisations, to increase opportunities for mutual benefit. Note that the contract term of approximately 3 months aligns with the recently revised ERDF project timescale, with an activity completion date of 31st October 2015, and a financial completion date of 30th November. It is essential that the chosen provider has previous experience of successful ERDF-funded projects, or similar, and has knowledge of ERDF administration requirements and other standard ERDF terms and conditions.
