Stockport Council is seeking to redesign its Library Service and is looking to work with a supplier in the delivery of a robust and thorough consultation and engagement exercise. The redesign of the library service has a number of objectives: To deliver sustainable services at a reduced cost which actively engage with local residents, organisations and communities; To enhance the lives of residents through reading, information, learning and development of new skills; To deliver services from modern, well equipped premises and to make best use of the latest technology and digital solutions.
