Tender description

NCC require the capability to verify people at their address within the County. There is a growing need to do this across the Council, particularly for customers who want to complete transactions digitally e.g. applying for a permit, concessionary travel passes etc. Currently, people have to submit proof of residency e.g. send in a paper copy of a bill, these have to be checked and returned (where originals are sent). The Council wishes to procure a single authentication tool for use across the council but primarily in it's Customer Service Centre (CSC) Predicted volumes of authentications required is 126,000 in the first year due to the introduction of a permit for the use of recycling centres. This number is expected to decrease after the first year. The contract is for 1 year with options to extend annually for 4 further years.
