Tender description
The Local Government sector, Educational Training Boards and the Office of Government Procurement have agreed the need to conduct a value for money assessment of the insurance services provided by Irish Public Bodies Mutual Insurance (IPB) to the Local Government sector and Educational Training Boards. A Terms of Reference for the review has been agreed between Local Government, Education and Training Boards, the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) and IPB. These terms of reference have been integrated into this Request for Tender which must be adhered to. This value for money assessment will be conducted by the members of the mutual, Local Authorities and Education and Training Boards in partnership with the OGP.
