Tender description

The Works consist of converting an existing retail unit on the ground floor (approx. 397m2) into office space. The revised ground floor will contain individual offices, meeting rooms, toilet facilities and a large open plan work area. The fit- out of the ground floor will comprise of new partition walls, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, raised access floor throughout with some elements of new external glazing. The ground floor mechanical and electrical installation with be modified and extended where possible however, some new installation works are envisaged to service the new open plan layout. The ground floor will also have a new air-conditioning system installed. The existing first floor (approx. 474m2) and second floors (516m2) will be extensively reconfigured and refurbished (including services) to suit the increased staff numbers. The accommodation will consist of new offices, meeting rooms, staff canteen, open plan work area and board rooms.
