The Contract scope at commencement will comprise: — Contract duration of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years by 1 or more extensions; — Performance of the Contracts throughout Northern Ireland; — Total collective value per annum is circa 1 045 000 GBP, but it recognised that this could change and therefore the Contracting Authorities are not in a position to guarantee the value of the Works; — The Housing stock of the Contracting Authorities as art the 1.9.2014 was as follows: • Alpha Housing (Northern Ireland) ltd — 990 Properties; • Fold Housing Association — 6 028 Properties; • Habinteg Housing Association (Ulster) Ltd — 1 980 Properties; • Triangle Housing Association — 405 Properties; Economic operators should note that the estimated numbers and values given in this notice is based on the Contracting Authorities historic requirements and the number of properties currently included within its stock portfolio. These may increase in the event that the Contracting Authorities acquires additional properties during the contract term and requires the works and services covered by the contract to be performed at such properties. Additional properties may include without limitation residential properties (however obtained whether through a merger or acquisition or other means), commercial properties, or corporate facilities managed by the Contracting Authorities. The Contracting Authorities reserves the right to also remove properties, for example as a result of stock rationalisation, in which case the numbers and value may decrease. Numbers and values may also increase or decrease as a result of any changes emanating from detailed surveys of properties and estates.
