Any bids submitted directly to the buyer will be disregarded. Dismantling/demolition and removal of 41 buildings (16,000m2 / 150,000ft2) within the former Roslin Institute site, EH25 9PP. Removal and off site disposal of above ground structures, below ground foundations, buried utilities services, asbestos, and all building fittings, service systems and installations. Client asbestos demolition survey completed March 2015 One large two storey traditional built laboratory building and 40 assorted poultry sheds, labs, storage facilities and offices.
