Tender description

This contract is to provide a dispensing and delivery service to patients homes for a range of oral medications and medicines for inhalation to treat a range of conditions. These may be for patients receiving long term treatment for chronic conditions or multiple deliveries of short treatment courses. The service required will initially cover the products listed in the appendices. The contract is for 24 months with a 24 month extention option.
