A core component of our customer service is offering a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stations and trains. A customers’ first experience with Irish Rail begins when entering our stations and travelling on board our trains. This interaction is always commented on when seeking customer feedback. Customers expect that the rail stations and train services that they use for their travel journey are presented to them to them in a state of cleanliness that they would expect to experience at any other modern facility. Irish Rail – Iarnród Éireann (IE) wish to engage a company or companies to carry out the following Cleaning Services Passenger Carriages Designated offices Station buildings and concourses Turnaround clean of the Dublin / Cork train services (Heuston Station only) DART Network Station Miscellaneous buildings such as depot facilities (canteens and offices) At times IE will request the successful contractor/s to carry out deep cleaning and window cleaning services on designated locations.
