Melton Borough Council is seeking a suitably experienced, skilled and qualified contractor to undertake gas installation works to provide gas supplies to a number of flats in the Beckmill Court complex, a social housing block in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. All contractors must either be Lloyds registered and in compliance with the GIRS scheme or all connections must be supervised by a Lloyds registered contractor. If the contractor is not Lloyds registered please provide details of the Lloyds registered contractor you will use to witness these connections: All contractors must confirm they will provide a full list of MPRNs to the contract administrator on completion of the works. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of Price. All interested parties should register on the Council’s e-tendering portal to access the tender documents www.eastmidstenders.org Please note, the Commencement date quoted is indicative and will be subject to the Contractor obtaining the necessary permissions and in agreement with the Council. It is anticipated that the works will take no more than five (5) weeks to complete.
