PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS FOR TRANSPARENCY PURPOSES ONLY, ONLY CAPABLE SUPPLIERS UNDER THE DIGITAL SERVICES FRAMEWORK WILL BE INVITED TO BID. Each workstream will start with a 6 week Discovery phase to define development backlogs and determine the team size and skills required. The estimated need is for three teams over the next three months; totaling five to seven development teams over the next two years. DSAB will want to be able to flex the number of skilled resources on the Programme over time to meet business and development needs. For example, for the first team a Senior Developer and User Researcher will be required for Discovery, with the remaining developers (up to six including developer/dev ops function) joining in preparation for the Alpha phase. A Delivery Manager and Business Analyst are unlikely to be required as they would have been sourced elsewhere due to the timescales. However the second team, required a month later is likely to need a Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, Developer and User Researcher for Discovery with the other Developers including the Dev Ops function joining for the Alpha.
