0199/NLH Fire Doors Supply & Fit

North Lincolnshire Homes (NLH) require a contractor to supply and fit FD30S doors. NLH have 79 Leaseholders that have failed a fire risk assessment and it is now the leaseholders responsibility to upgrade their Entrance Doors to the FD30S standard. NLH have liaised with the specified Leaseholders and instructed them to replace their door. In order to help Leaseholders with this task NLH wish to give Leaseholders the opportunity to purchase the supply and fit of a door via an agreement NLH set up. We require a supplier to supply and fit FD30S door to our Leaseholder properties. As this is chargeable to the Leaseholder we wish to offer them a bronze, silver and gold option which will be reflected in the price. All leasehold properties are based within North Lincolnshire.
