Organisational development in Beaumont Hospital is a dynamic, values-based approach to system change in both the Hospital and the communities with which the Hospital interfaces. It hinges upon creating the conditions required for interdisciplinary engagement, critical thinking and learning-in-action. The organisational development programme also empowers staff to activate leadership at all levels. The Contracting Authority intends to establish a single-party framework agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy organisation to support this programme. The successful framework member will assume responsibility for providing advice and assistance, in a variety of formats, in respect of the Contracting Authority’s organisational development objectives.
