For the redecorations (internal and external) of seven of the Academic Buildings at Royal Holloway, University of London's main campus at Egham, Surrey (TW20 0EX): Queens Workshop; Wolfson Laboratories Building; Woodlands Building; Woodlands Cottage; John Bowyer Building, Queens Boiler House; Williams Building For full details please refer to tender specification. PLEASE NOTE THAT: this is a fast track programme with restricted timescales for mobilisation and completion by 11th September prior to the students' return). AS A MINIMUM the successful contractor must meet the requirements below: -Minimum turnover of £360k -Minimum Employers insurance: £5million -Minimum Public Liability insurance: £5million -Current valid membership of CHAS/Exor or an equivalent Contractor's H&S scheme
